Our process
Discovery call
We will contact you within 48 hours of contact. We will send a brief questionnaire and schedule a complimentary 30 min virtual call to discuss your project, needs and answer any questions. We’ll review the timeline, budget, and expectations to set the parameters of the project.

Consultation
A 1 hour meeting to walk through the space and discuss plans, layouts, your lifestyle and goals. We will explore all renovation aspects from the color palettes and patterns you enjoy to what type of materials and finishes you prefer. This will help us more fully understand the styles you’re drawn to and furnishings you love. We will answer design questions and address your concerns in order to create an accurate, customized proposal.

Proposal
We will complete a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work. This will include current project photos, the project summary, inspiration photos, estimated fee and contract of terms.
plans and design
We’ll work with you to finalize architecture plans and the interior design concept. We’ll source all building materials including decor. We’ll present a detailed concept that includes architecture plans, elevation and design direction. We’ll present the finalized interior design based on your inspiration and vision. This will include mood boards, furniture layouts, color palettes, fabrics, textiles and millwork. We’ll review all materials and present the decor samples.

bidding process
If you don’t have your general constructor chosen already, we will work with you to bid out the project to one or more contractors as needed.
Project Management
Once all contractor, engineering and decor plans have been agreed, we will prepare a detailed budget for your approval. We will discuss timelines for architecture and design work as well as decor. We require an up-front full deposit on all products prior to ordering. We will oversee all work agreed upon.

Site follow up
We will monitor and coordinate all site visits agreed upon to ensure all work is on schedule and aligns with the pre-approved budget.

Installation
On installation day, we will arrange all furniture, textiles, artwork and decor. We will include proposed decor items for purchase. We will photograph our work. With your approval, photos will be used for our website, social media and/or editorial features.
